I am a professional Russian linguist with an MA in Linguistics earned in Russia. My first career was in education as a university instructor of general and business English. After moving to the USA in 2009, I started my English-Russian translation and interpreting business which I have run for over 10 years now.
In 2014, I completed a Health Care Interpreter Certificate Program at the City College of San Francisco. In a few years, in 2018, I successfully passed the certification exams of the National Board of Certification for Medical Interpreters (NBCMI) and became a certified medical interpreter (CMI-Russian). At various times I was a member of the Northern California Translators Association (NCTA) and the American Translators Association (ATA). I work with businesses, individuals, and translation agencies.
Based on my professional background and education, I provide English-Russian translator and interpreter services in the following fields:
